Do I need professional help in order to install the device?
Devices can be installed by anyone by just connecting the two cables to the power source. Always keep in mind that the device must be in a place where the GPS signal is not obstructed (i.e. under metal structures or objects).
Is there any extra cost that need to be paid?
No extra purchase, subscription or any other cost from 3rd party supplier is required in order to operate the device and use Appoploo Tracker to track your vessel. All necessary costs are included in the listed price.
What if I want to use the device on another vessel?
To use the device on another vessel, simply install the device on that vessel, create this vessel in Appoploo Tracker application and pair them in just one click.
How many users can use Appoploo Tracker application?
There is no limit on how many users can use Appoploo Tracker.
Does Appoploo Tracker provides real time information?
Information provided by Appoploo Tracker is updated every 3 minutes so practically you always know the exact position of your vessel.
Should I take any action prior subscription expiration?
Two weeks before your subscription expires, you will receive a notification in order to renew your subscription and keep using Appoploo Tracker.
